Long Time No Post

Tuesday morning weigh-in : 248.4
Loss to date: 36.6 lbs, 12.8%

Sunday:
Breakfast: don't remember
Lunch: Bratwurst, hamburger patties, 2 Coors Lights.
Dinner: Smoked Turkey
20 minutes on the treadmill, water.

Monday;
Breakfast: 4 slices of bologna
Lunch: Smoked Turkey
Dinner: Bone-in ribeye, broccoli, 2 Miller Lites
30 minute walk through the neighborhood, water.

This walking thing may catch on.
