Progress



Morning weigh in 244.8

Breakfast: 2 Oscar Mayer beef franks,sausage patties, bacon.
Lunch: Corned Beef, lettuce, tomato, tossed the bread.
Supper: Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers - YUMMMM, Split Chicken Breast (all on the green egg), 1/2 a Carb Smart Ice Cream Bar.
