Have been taking a break from losing weight, taking a break from blogging.
Vacation was GOOD. 11 days away from office, realized that phone and e-mail do fine in a basket on my dresser. That is where it spends most of the weekends now too.
Have enjoyed Pizza and Calzones (can only eat half of one now), Thai, Mexican (including chips and salsa), Wheat Thins and cheese log,full calorie beer and other goodies that I have missed. Just can't eat near as much in a sitting these days.
Monday weigh in.... 238.4. That is still damn near 50 lbs, still within 10 lbs of goal. If I am good and do not eat all of the gumdrops and jelly beans that will be raining from the sky tomorrow, I can get back on track.
Have gone from stretching the limits of 40" expandable waist to 38" regular fit jeans being somewhat too loose.
Finally got out from under having 2 classes at once, had a month off, started new class last Thursday (today, really). 3 more classes to go after this one.
